Process Outline

We discuss your needs at a high level to gain an understanding of your problem. Once it is determined that your initiative is a good fit for our technology, we have a Q & A session to assess your needs in greater detail. At this point, we can get started creating the Spec Sheet together, or our single source of truth. This thorough documentation will become our blueprint for the build and the guide to our success.

This is the analytical step. Once we have identified your problem, we can prioritize the order in which we solve it. We build functional software from the beginning, giving our clients something that provides value within a short time-frame. This step is about analyzing the performance of the software at various milestones, making notes of any additional requirements that may appear and modifying accordingly.

At this point, we have confirmed the tool is functioning correctly and delivered it. You now have the first release of your product. It has the usability and functionality you were looking for and is saving your company money. This could be where our journey ends, but more often than not, our clients have ideas to further enhance their new tool. If this is the case, we move on to product honing to enhance the existing tech.

Your product is working as intended. If additional ways to optimize the product arise from the customer, we can quickly and easily modify the new solution. We also offer training for clients who want to control their solution independently. With our methods, making changes to the tech stack are much quicker and easier than the traditional development models.
